National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Entrance exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission on all India level to extract and provide the nation the good defense personnel. The exam will be conducted on 19th Apr, 2009 and same exam is valid to get admission in Army, Navy and Air Force Department.
Eligibility Criteria:
* The candidates should have cleared 10+2 examination from a recognized board.
* The candidates currently in their 10+2 and will be giving their final exams in Feb/Mar 2009 are also eligible to apply.
* The age of the candidate should be between 16 and 19 years.
* The candidates who have earlier tried for INSB/PABT and were unsuccessful are not applicable for Air Force Department.
* The candidate should be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination.

* Last date for receipt of completely filled Application forms : 17th Nov, 2008
* Date of commencement of exam : 19th Apr, 2009
Examination Pattern:
* The exam conducted will be total of 900 marks.
* The exam will be divided in two sections:
1. Mathematics
2. General Ability Test
* The Mathematics will be of 300 marks and General Ability will be of 600 marks.
* Each part will be given 2 and a half hour to be completed, thus total duration of the test is 5 hours.
