Applications are invited from the Service Candidates for admission into M.D. (Ayurveda) Courses for the academic year 2008-09 for the one vacant seat after 1^st selections in the DRAVYAGUNA subject as per G.O.Ms.No.770, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (R2) Department dated 13-9-2006. Service candidates who have passed Dravyaguna subject in 1^st attempt in BAMS course shall apply through respective Heads of the Departments where they are working in A.P. Govt. Service (Dept. of AYUSH and A.P. Insurance Medical Services) and candidates having a remaining service of 8 (Eight) years as on the date of 31-08-2008 are only eligible to apply for the said seats. The selection shall be made on the basis of Merit in BAMS.

The eligible Service Candidates can download the prescribed application form from the University web site http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in. The filled-in application forms along with Registration fee Rs. 1,000/- and necessary documents shall submit to the Registrar, Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada-520 008 through concerned Head of the Department to reach on or before 20-11-2008 by 5.00 PM. Applications received after due date and without necessary documents shall stand rejected automatically.
