• Advertisement in the Newspaper about the counselling schedule 28/ 03/09
• Counselling Schedule and Counselling letter on the University website (www.dbrau.ac.in) 29/03/09
• Information to the Registrar of Conducting Universities regarding Counselling and other information 30/03/09
• Seat Matrix submission to the NIC , Lucknow 01/04/09
• Off campus on line counselling will start 03/04/09
• Training to Observers at NIC, Lucknow 04/04/09
• Training to the Coordinator/ Dy. Coordinator and Observers at Agra 05/04/09
• Advance Payment to the Coordinator of Rs. 4.00 Lakh and material 05/04/09
• On Campus On Line counselling start 08/04/09 and continue till 22/04/09
  

There will be 13 counselling centres at 10 Locations - One at Agra, Meerut, Barilly, Jhansi,
Faizabad, Gorkhpur, Jaunpur Two at Kanpur, Lucknow and Varanasi.

v) Registration (On line)
vi) Choice Filling (On line)
vii) Allotment letter

Roughly 40-45 manpower at each Counselling centre will work which are as:

• Deputy Coordinators 02
• Faculty 23
• Class III 11
• Class IV 06
• Security Guards 02
